Question: solve x+2 = 10
Answer: The answer is 8
Steps: To solve x+2 = 10
1. you need to move every thing expect the x from the left side of the equation to the right side.
In this case there is a +2, to remove a positive subtract from both sides of the equation.
x + 2 - 2 = 10 - 2
2. Do the subtraction x = 8
